From basic break-fix contracts through to fully managed services, Hollis offers bespoke levels of support to meet your specific requirements. For a low, fixed monthly cost, our standard service level agreement entitles you to a response from our technical team within eight hours, but if you need extra assurance, this can be upgraded to a four-hour fix, calculated from the moment you call.

We also have the flexibility to provide IT support to meet your operational requirements. This can include normal business hours, midnight to 6am or seven days a week around the clock.
